Welcome to Ivan’s Campground & Cabins
We are David and Kelly Wieda, the new owners of Ivan’s Campground &
Cabins, and we would like to welcome you to our park! Originally from
the Zeeland, Michigan area, we spent 30+ years of working in the
excavating and medical fields and camping with our four daughters and
grandchildren. We love the outdoors – gardening, hunting, fishing and
spending as much time as possible with family and friends – and we
have now decided to follow our dreams!
We are excited to bring Ivan’s Campground to the next level, and we are sure that our return guests will recognize the many improvements and enhancements that are either planned or already underway. Each of the existing cabins will get a “facelift”, while we will be adding two new cabins, including one that sleeps six people. We are also now renting a beautiful 2019 model RV, 28 ft., with slide-out. We plan on making a large volleyball court with a seating area and updating the horseshoe area. We can’t forget about the little ones, so the swing set area will have a new look, with new equipment added along with a huge sandbox.
The office also has a new look! We have added a small convenience
store inside the office, with all your basic needs for camping, including
firewood, ice, and propane refills. We even have t-shirts and sweatshirts
with our new logo!
Ivan's Campground & Cabins is a 60 site campground with 5 cabins. We offer large secluded group sites, as well as modern and private rustic sites. We strive to provide the best in your camping and cabin needs, along with transportation for your Pere Marquette river activities right from our front door. We offer group sites for those of you coming to our area for paddling, reunions, or group getaway activities. We also have access of the ORV trails right at the back of the campground! We are a biker-friendly campground, and bikers are welcome. Of course, fishermen are always welcome, and we open the campground in the spring to accommodate you for the spring run, staying open until the fall run is done. Hunters are also always welcome for both the Spring and Fall hunting seasons.
